How pricing works
Each helper sets their own rate — by hour, visit, or task. You see the exact price before you confirm. No surge pricing, no surprise add-ons, no platform fee tacked on at checkout.
Quicksyy makes money via a flat 10% service fee baked into the helper's listed rate (we never charge it on top). For care and long-shift bookings (8h+), it drops to 7%.
Typical ranges
For reference. Actual prices vary by city, helper experience, and time of day.
- Home cleaning — ₹250–500 per hour. Deep cleaning packages from ₹1,800.
- Cooking help — ₹250–600 per hour. Monthly cook packages from ₹4,500.
- Hospital attendant — ₹300–500 per hour. 12-hour shift ₹2,800–4,000.
- Elder care (live-in not offered) — ₹350–600 per hour. Day shifts from ₹2,400.
- Baby care — ₹300–500 per hour with verified experience.
- Plumber / electrician — ₹250–400 visit charge, parts billed separately at MRP.
- Carpenter / AC service — ₹400–800 per visit, scope shown upfront.
- Dog walking — ₹150–300 per walk (30–45 min).
- Home tutor — ₹400–900 per hour by class and subject.
- Errands & queues — ₹150–250 per task within 5 km.
How payment works
Held in escrow before the helper arrives
When you confirm a booking, the amount is debited from your UPI app and held by a regulated escrow partner (we use Razorpay Escrow under RBI guidelines). The helper sees "payment confirmed" but doesn't receive a rupee until you confirm the work is done.
Released only after you mark the job complete
Once the work is done, tap "Complete & pay" inside the app. The escrow releases to the helper instantly. They get the money in their bank account the same day (UPI) or T+1 for bank transfer.
Tips go 100% to the helper
Optional. Anything you add as a tip routes directly to the helper — Quicksyy takes zero on tips, ever.
Refunds
If the helper doesn't show, the escrow refunds automatically within 24 hours, no form needed. For partial issues (work incomplete, damage, etc.), open a dispute — our team responds within 4 hours, 24×7. Refunds for valid disputes process in 3–5 working days.
Other charges to know about
- Late-night uplift — bookings between 11pm and 6am have a +20% night rate (paid to the helper, not Quicksyy).
- Holiday uplift — major holidays (Diwali, Holi, Eid, Christmas, New Year's Eve) have a +25% rate. Shown upfront.
- Cancellation — free until the helper accepts; ₹30–80 after, to compensate their travel. Free within 60 seconds of any accidental tap.
- Parts/materials — for repair work, helpers buy parts at MRP. Receipts are uploaded inside the app.
- GST — all prices shown include applicable GST. You'll get a GST-compliant invoice for every booking.
Insurance, included
Every booking is insured up to ₹5 lakh at no extra charge. Covers accidental property damage, theft (with FIR), and on-site injury. Claims are filed in-app with photos; the team handles the rest. Settlement is typically within 7 working days for verified claims.
